RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT ITEMS ARE ABLE TO BE EXCHANGED?

  • An item is only eligible for exchange within 14 calendar days of receiving your shipment.
  • In original condition
  • Items must not be worn, used or tampered with and must be placed into their original packing.
  • If items are in less than perfect condition the items will be sent back at the customers expense or Serendipity Kids, at its sole discretion, may charge a restocking fee.
  • Exchanges are issued with an in-store or with an online credit.
  • Please note that the exchange process must be completed within 7 days after approval or the exchange is no longer valid.
  • Serendipity Kids reserves the right to deny an exchange if items are not received within a reasonable time frame.
  • We do not do returns of any kind (unless your item arrives damaged). 

WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE?

  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Clearance items
  • Holiday items
  • Customized items

ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES?

  • There are no charges for exchanges as long as items are shipped back in original packaging, in original condition
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
